Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

Authorized use only. Zero-Recon is for reconnaissance of systems you own or are explicitly authorized in writing to test. You are solely responsible for how you use it. We are not a party to, and bear no responsibility for, any scan, target, or action you perform.

01Acceptance

By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the platform.

03Authorized security testing only

  • Only scan or analyze targets you own or have explicit written permission to test.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and third-party terms.
  • Unauthorized scanning, intrusion, or disruption of systems is strictly prohibited.

04Your responsibility & our disclaimer

The platform is a neutral tool. Any target you choose, any scan you run, and any outcome or damage that results is entirely your responsibility. We have no relation to, control over, or liability for the targets you select or the actions you take. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

05Active Scan

  • Active Scan (which sends traffic to a target) is available only on eligible plans and only against targets you have explicitly authorized. A subscription alone does not authorize scanning of any target.
  • Before your first active scan you must accept the Acceptable Use Policy; your acceptance is recorded with its version and date, and a material change requires accepting it again.
  • Network safety controls (blocking private, internal, and cloud-metadata addresses) always apply, regardless of plan or attestation.

06Accounts

Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

07Prohibited conduct

  • Illegal activity or scanning without authorization.
  • Attempting to abuse, overload, or reverse the platform's protections.
  • Using the platform to harm others or violate their rights.

08Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
